Art is a product of the intuition – the most powerful instrument within us. We all know we have intuition, but following our instincts isn’t always easy. Brilliantly simple and engaging, Intuitive Arts unlocks the mysteries of intuitive living and release your power of being you.

Ecstatic Arts are intuitive, meditative, interactive, playful and meaningful, and the best part is that you don’t need to be ‘arty’ or consider yourself creative. As we believe everyone is an artist when the space is more open. Artist Leila and DJ Leela will create a safe and open space using live music, sounds, and minimal words to guide you through the process. Just trust the process and yourself. Your own movements, sounds, and silence are also welcome (full embodiment experience).

PRIVATE SESSION (<4)
Creating spontaneously, allowing a painting to evolve until there is an explosion of energy and colour on the canvas, is a liberating and healing experience. We believe in the transformative power of pure self expression and the magic it reveals. Whether you’re looking for something new and fun to try, or a safe place to explore challenging feelings and just to take a mindless rest, this private intuitive painting session led by a fluid live music journey (by DJ Leela) is a pressure-free way to support your wellbeing. Available for individuals, couples, or small groups of friends.

GROUP CO-CREATION (10-50)
It gets better when we are together. Art brings people together heart-to-heart and opens up more space for more possibilities, that’s why we believe in co-creation of making arts together. We host events either donation-based to make arts available to everyone, or as a part of the festival or retreats. Where we will be co-creating freely and ecstatically on the same canvas with others, during the same live ecstatic music journey (similar to Ecstatic Dance) by DJ Leela. We also co-create with other events such as Tea Ceremony to make it a full journey.

TEAM BUILDING (5-20)
Similar to the group co-creation, we are here to help you customise this intuitive, insightful and dynamic Tea Building experience to suit your needs, either you are a corporate, organisation or a community. If you are looking to increase communication and collaboration, to build trust (without pressuring it), to make creative breakthrough on problem solving and leadership, or simply caring for your team’s mental wellbeing and meaningful connections, you might want to consider contacting us. You will be co-creating a piece of art following the organic flow as the gift.

WHAT DOES AN ECSTATIC ARTS (PRIVATE) JOURNEY SOUND LIKE?
During a private session, you will learn about colour, how to mix and apply paint onto your canvas, how to interact with nature/Dao, connect to your intuition using meditation, and most importantly how to embrace emotions, feel the joy of creating for yourself, let go and explore without judgement.
The workshops usually take place in an intimate group at our beautiful home studio from 1-4 people. The art materials are white canvas and acrylic paint colour. Brushes, knifes, sponge, or natural items like a flower or branch can also come along You will go home with your own creation, new insights and maybe new connections.

WHAT DOES AN ECSTATIC ARTS (GROUP) JOURNEY SOUND LIKE?
During a co-created session, you will be co-creating on the same canvas (1 or 2 themes) with other participants in the same space, at the same time, during the same live music journey across different waves. You will start from a guided movement practice to connect deeper with yourself and/or others (with respect). Then your journey starts from there. Each journey is different sharing its unique group soul and stories. Often, it’s even more beautifully created collectively while still owning our individual stories. This is the power of co-creation, through collaboration not competition. The paining is often donated or given to the organisation or the owner of the location as a lovely gift from everyone.
Perfect for company Team Building, celebrating special occasions (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries) with your group, opening new locations, or simply wanting to add ‘co-creation’ to your Ecstatic Dance events.

We are a team from Amsterdam: (visual artist) Leila and musician (DJ & handpan) Leela
It seems no coincidence that Leila and Leela met at an event where Awareness & Exploration were two of the main ingredients. Both names are derived from Sanskrit, freely interpreted as “…In our daily experience, embracing the dance of life with a hint of playfulness, including the waves of bright & dark matters and sunshine & rain…” It applies to all what we do, how we like to live our lives and inspire others.
They feel privileged to weave their creativity and experience into both their shared love-life as a loving couple and by offering their services as a team to you. Tailor made that is.

ART GALLERY FOR EXCHANGE
We create and share stories and experiences, not just selling arts. We believe in the Cycle of Arts. You create your own art, and it stays with you or as a gift. When we co-create something beautiful together, we (Leila and DJ Leela) as the ‘Keeper’ would like to open the space for the next Keeper. The next Keeper is required to firstly appreciate the value of the power of our co-created art, and then make an offer on what is worth for you (either a specific amount or a gift). We will see if we can meet each other there. We often donate the group co-creation from one place to another and suggest to do the same. For each piece of art, you can see where, when and who co-created together, as well the unique stories behind through images and videos (click on each one to see more details such as Reel videos). Through passing the arts with LOVE to the next one, we together create a sustainable cycle of art and the flow of life.
